The mission & Purpose of the Miss Puerto Rico of Greater New Haven Cultural Pageant is to encourage our young ladies to be role models among the Hispanic Youth of Greater New Haven by example and character. Candidates must make a commitment to graduating high school, continuing with their post-high school education, promoting the Puerto Rican culture, Arts & Culture, commit to community service, and promote family and active citizenship.
